#4 Oddly enough, this generally helps me when I'm overwhelmed or too anxious. The thought that one day I'm gonna die and no longer have to deal with any bullshit grounds me and lets me keep going with my day. It's kinda liberating, in a way.

#17 I feel like a significant percentage of the time someone says "just anxiety" is them understanding that there aren't specific factors about the situation that triggered it, or that need to be dealt with. Like when I ask my friends if something is up, they say "just anxiety" because they know it's anxiety, not what we're doing/where we are that is affecting them. It's recognizing and even taking some of the power away from anxiety, not ignoring or diminishing the fact that it is real.
