This is more of a "TikTok Fun Fact" than a real scientific fact. Like most things, Hybernation is a spectrum, and it would be false to say bears aren't on that spectrum.
When I see a bear as obviously stuffed as that, I remember that there is a museum in Sweden that holds the longest "bear plug", i.e. the longest condensed shit of a bear after getting back up ever recorded.
