If you're still GOP now, you're an authoritarian who thinks you're going to be high in the hierarchy (or at least not at the bottom) in a totalitarian government. It starts with oppressing "out groups" - see DE in the 1930's. They scapegoated Jews, oppressed POC and LGBTQ people before the mass murdering started. GOP now supports fascism. GOP hates antifa (anti-fascists), which implies they're pro-fascist. Censorship is another component of fascism, see book bans happening. History rhymes.
