I dunno what LJS's are in your area, they aren't the worst I've ever eaten. Then again I'm not really picky and short of it tasting anything like military MREs from back when I served, if it's more passable than that I think it tastes all right.
And I think it's that way with a lot of people. I have yet to see a LJS that didn't have adequate to heavy traffic. The LJS I've been to were still far better than Mc Donald's and even burger Kings and Wendy's in their area.
