I went through it in 2016 when I was on a 5500 mile road trip. Mainly novelty, the rest of the redwoods were definitely more awe inspiring.
oh for sure. this one isn't even that big really.
If you’ve never touched a big redwood, the bark is spongy and not like you’d expect. It’s weird and satisfying in the same sense.
Where I am from they were just normal trees to me, it was weird leaving and realizing most places only have the small kinds...
