haha this is spot on. My house is filled with hard wood. Nope...goes right for the carpets after as nice grass munching from the yard.

My cat conveniently has an "I'm about to barf" alarm meow. Often I can get a plate/paper under him in time, but then he fights me to avoid

My cat was about to puke, so I quickly grabbed a paper plate, slammed it under his face, got it all, and then threw the whole thing away.

Now I keep paper plates out in the open, saves a bunch of time and effort with cleaning it up if you're fast enough.
