I didn't even have to read/watch the link and I thought "This is exactly what Vancouver would do", both as survival and social commentary. No property taxe$ or mooring fee$, they're mobile and could anchor for free... I live near there and have no doubt the residents would think it's an eyesore, but if Transport Canada deems it environmentally sound imo it seems more water-worthy than half the derelict 'boats' downtown.

RV likely has its original black and gray-water tanks and bathroom. And most marinas have pumpouts for such.

Nah. @deathstormer has the right of it. I RV and we DON'T just dump like cruise ships and naval vessels. We find a facility with those... facilities.
