ICE has deported several US citizens.. do you know how/why? because they were not given their due process.. and before your ignorant ass says anything, due process does not solely equate to a trial, it's the whole process of the law that is due to the people.. hence the term due process

Stop. 1.5 million people who were here legally at the beginning of 2025 were made illegal with the stroke of a pen by Trump. They didn't swim the Rio Grande. They came here under asylum. They don't have a chip someone can scan that says "legal". There is no way to determine these people's true status without the legal system and due process. Im outraged by the conditions of the detention centers; legal or no theyre inappropriate especially for children. Im outraged that people who are here legally are getting pulled into such places for indeterminate amounts of time & even being sent over seas. Im outraged that civil liberties & constitutional rights are being ignored because when 1 is eroded all become vulnerable. Im outraged by a lot of other things not outlined in this one screenshot. No one is here illegally without due process.
