Depends. Don't overload MDF cabinets, don't try to climb them, and replace immediately if you notice sagging. Otherwise you'll be fine.

Depends who installed it. The shear and tensional strength of the fasteners are the issue. I would have someone remove 1 of the fasteners

and examine it then look at spacing, how far from edges of cabinet back (if OSB board). If in doubt, add more into the studs only.
