Fun fact! I actually posted a slightly different version of this video back in 2023. I have this arguably unfortunate habit of thinking, "oh, it would be nice to share this again!", then watching the video and thinking, "this video could really use captions! And why is there a random low hum going on in the audio? This should surely only take me a couple minutes to fix!". Before I knew it, I made a whole lotta tiny tweaks, so I figured ah what the heck - might as well share this video here again since it's ever-so-moderately different enough from the last time I posted it.
Bonus fun fact! I only ever share these stream-of-consciousness BTS thoughts here on Imgur. I've been thinking about why lately and I think it's because Imgur is the only place where I think people actually tend to read captions. Hooray for curiosity and literacy!

I had the uh.. normal one as a child, but even though I loved to draw, I couldn't get the hang of one continuous line and accurately drawing anything not horizontal or vertical..

Random related story: I once met my ex-boyfriend's doppelganger in Paris! It probably came off as a pickup line when I said that to him, and I had a glass of champagne before I said it, but my ex confirmed when I showed him photos later that he was in fact his doppelganger haha

I'm so used to handling both sizes that I'm probably the worst person to ask this question to, haha. I can say from experience that cats are better at knocking over the Pocket size though T_T

I’ve only ever had the etch on the end of a pen, never got the hang of it, think it broke, not sure if i have it any more.

I just experienced it muted by default for some reason, but it does work if you go full screen and tap on the mute icon! No idea why it's default muted this time around.

That’s brilliant. And your videos are a breath of fresh air. Even for someone who’s never had an etch-a-sketch. I think I had a cheap pad that you could scribble on and then peel back to reset. Don’t think the actual brand made it across the pond when I was little.
