Over 16 years ago, a tiny silver kitten captured from a feral colony came into my life after the loss of my previous pet. I named her Arianrhod (The Silver Wheel) after the Welsh goddess of the wheel of life, karma, and rebirth. That got shortened to Arrycat, and eventually Princess Fuzzbutt.

She never lost her feral ways and barely tolerated mortals only blessing our presence to command us to do her bidding, except for MisterSnarky, she deemed him worthy of stomach naps and kisses.

Today, we helped ease her in slipping the surly bonds of earth and she has returned to the Great Wheel, where fat mice run slow, and the cream runs over the bowl.
