Explanation: Miao Ying is the Storm Dragon, Master of the Storm Winds, Castellan of the Great Bastion, Ruler of the Northern Provinces, Supreme Matriarch of Nan-Gau and the eldest living Daughter of the Dragon Emperor.
Cold and aloof, Miao Ying believes herself to be the strongest of the Dragon Children, and she does not hesitate to remind others of her power or the weight of her charge. Fun Fact: Her mastery of the storm is sublime as she has perfected her ability to manipulate the Elemental Winds over many centuries of study and practice. Her ability to cast spells is more limited when she is in Dragon form. She is known to command several Lores of Magic, including the lores of Battle Magic, Elementalism, High Magic, the Lore of Yang, and the Lore of Yin
