The guilt has been plaguing me for almost a year now. I, a man from a southern state has been slow cooking ribs in an oven. Forgive me but due to fire codes and apartment complex rules must utilize my oven to slow cook ribs.
The results of my heresy, may the emperor forgive me.

you can make excellent oven ribs, it takes some care but there are much worse things.

As a chef don’t be ashamed. There’s many ways to enjoy ribs. Anyone of that says something should only be cooked one way is a snob
