Someone abandoned this boi infront of my office. We hit it off instantly.
So someone dropped off this lil' bear in front my office with a collar on him and all...So i decided to keep him around till I find a foster family for him.

Most vets, police stations, and fire departments will check for a chip for free. Just in case he escaped someone's back yard.

Oh i checked. He's not chipped and i posted at all local shelters that i'll keep him for the time being untill an owner is found
