Cheesy garlic artichoke spinach dip

Jan 19, 2025 6:26 PM

So I took the silken tofu and blended it together with the garlic and nutritional yeast in my magic bullet blender (The ingredients just fit) And then once it had a smooth consistency, I poured it into a saucepan with the artichoke hearts, spinach, and cheese. And cooked it on low heat until the cheese melted and blended in. Then I poured it in a bowl, covered it, and chilled it in the fridge until the roommate gets home with bagel chips to dip

Sounds good. I used to put nutritional yeast in lots of foods. Forgot all about that!

It's an amazing product :-) My cats even start begging me for it. I heard dogs like it too. And it's good for them as long as you don't give them the garlic kind. Play nutritional yeast for the beasts only :-)
