The fatigue is real, but so is the problem. Pretending it doesn't or wont affect you is impossible in the us. Asking people not to vent about frustrations they're dealing with day to day anonymously online is going to be difficult. Also, If if the thought is "these people deserve what they get for so loudly complaining about their situations" then I ask you what you think an alternative is?
