I've wanted to try making fried chickens for a while and this is the recipe I found. Let's go! this is the marinated and breaded chicken with flour/spice mix. I actually let it rest after the first breading, then rebreaded it, because it looked kinda wet and I don't know what I'm doing. Here's the link to the orig post I used for recipe! https://imgur.com/gallery/QVun1/comment/2217260689/1 ty u/JohnDeCaux

so there's the after cook sauce in the back, and oil getting to temp in the front. Oh, and I made garlic rice in the other pot. I used 4 cloves of garlic. Two probably would have been enough. It was G L O R I O U S

FRY. Took about 10 min. I used a meat thermometer on each batch since I don't know what I'm doing.

And here we have the first batch! Sorry, I didn't get a better pic. I sauced these since they were for me. I was pleased with how it turned out! Great flavor and well cooked.

thrift store tax: check out this kickin' cowboy hat chips n dip bowl I found! I wanted to get it for a present for my cousin's wedding but they wanted 20$ and I'm like, no way jose.
