They need to learn from tow operators in the USA - Ive seen them come and scoop a car in 12 seconds. This was painfully slow in comparisson.

I had an idea a while ago that you could use one of these to move cars to a long term parking lot and bring them back when the driver requests rather than having all the cars parked in the CBD for hours at a time.
