Not sure when kidnapping started being called stealing children, but this is Samantha Azzopardi who enjoys nothing better than doing just that. Even after being charged she goes out and steals children and property.
The link tells the story of her pretending to be a human trafficking victim, wandering around Dublin in a daze and the Gardai (irish police) spending 250k trying to figure out who she was, what language she understood and where she came from for months. What the end game was there is really unclear.
There has to be a movie in here somewhere for this psycho.

I used to work security at a hospital and there was a regular patient that would attempt to take newborns. She was just sad not evil.
