So how does this work? Natural carbonation or do you carbonate it? As I assume a soda syrup is like the boxes they get in the food industry of coke before it's mixed with water

You add about 30ml (1oz) syrup to 200ml (7oz) water to make a drink (or 1:7 dilution) either with still or sparkling water.
