Help save Lily

I don't generally do these things, because we all know Imgur has a lot of bots, spammers and other things posting various forms of scams to try and get money from people.

This one is a personal friend of mine and while she will manage on her own, because her dogs are everything to her, I'm hoping there might be a few people that want to help save the beautiful Lily.

Lily is a GSD, Big-Sister to Titan the insufferable little-brother-GSD and she is an amazing dog, with an amazing 'mom' that does everything she can for her animals.
