Mushroom onion and sausage in pan with oil, saute until sausage is cooked.
Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, tomato paste, basil and garlic.
Use a little of your pasta water to get everything mobile in the pan.
After it simmers for a couple minutes, mix in your cream (whipping, or heavy)
Bring back to a simmer, turn off the heat, and add your pasta.
Mix until you get your desired consistency by using the pasta water to thin it out if needed.

Where's the Rosé?
TheLastBootyBender
Rosé sauce is named for its color, also called Pink sauce (but some stupid tiktoker ruined that name), not related to rosé wine

Unpopular opinion but I wish there were less mushrooms. Also wish I liked mushrooms it would make things easier
TheLastBootyBender
Feel free to omit them, use some celery, maybe some zucchini.
I'm just someone who made an Imgur post cause I saw an engagement thing I could do for once, not a cop
BFiNN06
Great idea! I could use some ideas for dinner

(Only since you were kinda a dick in your response)
Giving approximate estimates of cream / tomato paste / pasta water is the ultimate question. Seasoning and garlic is easy.
I’m sure you know the approximations for the rose sauce, but where do others begin? Dick.
TheLastBootyBender
How to make a rosé sauce is is easily googled, as well as I did give an approximate for tomato paste, cream I said add until you get the color shown, and pasta water I said to use to thin to desired consistency, it's not you'll run out of water.
Its cooking, cooking doesn't have strict measurements like baking does you can go by feel, add more or less, if saying that makes me a dick, what does that make you who assumes the commenter is dumber than they are.

Have you ever read a recipe? I’m thinking no…
TheLastBootyBender
Right, I forgot the backstory of how this is what my grandma fed us every night while our father was out hunting for herbs to heal out sick mother
Also here's my affiliate link for the pans I used
And here's an ad between every paragraph.

How much?!
discostewsm
All of it.
TheLastBootyBender
This isnt baking, you can follow your heart really...but to just throw some numbers to get you started
1 sausage sliced, a third of an onion diced, 4 mushrooms sliced, a heaping tablespoon of tomato paste, couple pinches of chili flakes or however much spice you want, garlic 2 cloves, basil 1 Tablespoon, cream add a little at a time until you get that nice color, salt and pepper to taste

YOU ARE IN WINNIPEG AND YOU DIDN’t INVITE ME TO COME EAT THIS?
TheLastBootyBender
Perhaps. I was always wondering if my neighbor (school division van sometimes parked there) was you or not :P
MadameRainbowPants
I don’t drive a school division van 😭
TheLastBootyBender
Makes sense, I've never seen them with rainbow pants either 😅
MadameRainbowPants
I really want to eat this though.
