So I want to be clear on two things. Tacopina is not a good lawyer.

This could be why he's now a public-facing lawyer for Trump and not representing him in court. Trump seems to have some awareness that the idiots belong up front.
Tacopina has been speaking on CNN and other networks for years. In every instance he has spoken in vague, broad strokes with rarely anything substantive to add to the conversation.

As I've said, he's gotten this type of criticism before, but now we know that he's truly the idiot we already thought he was. Like, he really doesn't know what he's doing at all! I just think it's poetic that he fell into Trump's meat grinder.
