It's in West Virginia and it's a place in which a group of people have purportedly seen a cryptid / alien being.
One of the suggested explanations though is that they have seen a barn owl perched on a tree with peculiar light conditions thus creating an illusion of something otherworldly. Check out "Flatwoods Monster" - it's an interesting story!
