@Op First off, they're principles, not stated objectives. Second they don't say what you think they say. Civic Responsibility is not antiestablishmentism and Decommodification is not anti-consumerism. They build enormous art structures then burn them. Lots of materials get consumed. The organization coordinates with multiple government agencies: tribal, county sheriff, BLM, DEA, etc. They're fully linked with the establishment.

There is no point whatsoever in trying to highlight out the hypocrisy with this fiasco versus the organisers' supposed aims. Burning Man was taken over a long, long time ago by the Influenzas (I think that's how it's spelled) and the glitterati for their own purposes. The original freaks who still attend are now just Part Of The Show and as background for the more comfortably off's very important selfies.
