It's a stone blade. It'll hurt if you knick it, but it's not gonna slice through your hand like a regular blade.

In the trades and this is exactly right. It isn't going to draw blood if you touch the blade. The worse is a slight friction burn.

Gloves and spinning machinery can go bad so fast.
Happened to a coworker of mine. Luckily he just lost some sensation in his thumb. Could have been much worse.
