Buff Dudes
Do you want to get in shape but are unsure where to begin? Then this is the post for YOU! Or not, depends on the person I guess. But yes, this post is simply a list of 3 groups/individuals whom I find to be quite inspiring and helpful with trying to get into shape.
Buff Dudes is a youtube channel, starring two guys show you the tips and tricks to losing fat and gaining muscle.
They've got videos on warm-ups, beginner workouts and healthy post workout recipes. They're not a full on "GET IN SHAPE BY EXERCISING EVERYDAY AND NOT EATING ANYTHING BUT PROTEIN" kind of channel (*cough* Six Pack Shortcuts). They're just dudes who workout and eat right.

Scooby
Scooby is a great channel for anyone looking to get in shape also. His videos consist of home workouts as well as a few videos on food and nutrition.
He has a wide range of workout videos which give you tips on how to, for example, complete your first pull-up. He also teaches you about the body and what certain workouts and exercises do to your body.

Neila Rey
This site is awesome. It has workouts, challenges, advice, words of encouragement, recipes and more! This site is possibly the best site there is for anyone looking to start working out. It gives you workout cards which you can print if you want and take with anywhere. It also has programs on how to, for example, run 5km within a month.
Many of the workouts motivational and appealing. Neila gives the workouts names from games and movies which, in my opinion, really help motivate one to exercise. She also provides you with exercises you can do when watching tv or waiting for a game to load.

Neila also gives you recipes for things like protein pancakes, chicken chips and energy ballz. I've tried some of the recipes and they were both healthy and delicious!
Hope post will benefit a few people. These groups/individuals have really made a difference in my life and hopefully they can in your lives too.
One last thing before a sign off, a quote which has helped keep me motivated for a while.
"The the only person you should try to be better than, is the person you were yesterday"

Got anything that helps with motivation?

If the stuff Neila Ray has doesn't help, ask yourself why you are trying to exercise. I find having a reason really helps motivate oneself.

Neila Rey has some great articles/posters on motivation and fitness. Check them if you want :)
