I never thought of this before, but they got to the stand in the back of a pickup that immediately took off. How'd they get it all back? Did they manage to hitchhike with 1,000 lbs of explosives?

Still remember the time when watched a starburst round go up a whole... four feet before abruptly exploding. Amazingly no one got hurt, and no fires started, but that was definitely an experience to stand inside the starburst explosion

I didn't experience that but I was once hit with an un-ignited star. Its still at my dad's house.

You don't have no whistlin' bungholes, no spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker don'ts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistlin' kitty chaser?

Such a festive movie!

No, only snakes and sparklers

Whoever wrote the script and came up with hoosker do's and hoosker don'ts is a genius

Once during a storm at night a transformer blew somewhere near me and it looked just like that. Night, then for a second daylight, then back to night.

The transformer behind our house blew out one day. Sounded like someone dropped a Daisy Cutter in the backyard.

How long did it take for you to gain your eyesight back?

By near me I meant in my neighborhood, not actually near me. There's lots of trees so I couldn't see the arc directly, just the street in front of my house and all the trees around lit up.

There was not nearly enough panic for that

NGL I'd pay to see a display like that.

San Diego, 2012.

That the one were the guy moved a decimal over one place and a 30 minute display went off in 3 minutes?

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think I saw that this one was 18 minutes of fireworks that went off at once.

I witnessed something like this a long time ago. Thought it was the best firework show ever, but why was it so short? The platform exploded and took out the entire show all at once, and the operators died.

It took like 3 hours to get out of there, so many firetrucks. It was at a waterpark and I'm pretty sure they just closed it after that.
