Am I out of the loop as much as the buffalo here and there's a good reason for a Hunter to be tracking a buffalo? Do they do the census or something or is it just the killing, because if it's just the tracking and killing then I can see how it might have thought from past experience that being tracked by an apex predator is being 'provoked'.

The money actually does go into building schools and medical facilities and hiring staff. The animal product goes to locals. Everything is used and you don't have to be a millionaire to do one of these hunts. Maybe educate yourself before blatantly hating someone.

The money paid for these hunts does pay for medical facilities, staff, schools, etc for local villages. The hunters take pictures and may take a trophy part as a momento but the animal product feeds the locals no different than if they hunted it themselves. Maybe educate yourself before just hating someone.
