Front page edit: this gave me a chuckle when I saw it but it certainly doesn’t represent my view on dating nor would I endorse a viewpoint that demeans people for their weight or for having kids. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed dating in my 30s!

#20 Dave Matthews, is that you?

#3 as a collector, I beg to differ.

#12 I didn't realize single guys over 30s options often include banging their step dad's but okay

Everything in on the table. I mean... Well...

#12 Mordecai isn't in the meme because he's with Twilight Sparkle.

#3 hella not true. Buying the supplies for a hobby can be life changing. Buying lessons to learn a new skill can be life changing. Growth can be done in a vacuum but it's a hell of a lot easier with the right stuff.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Sometimes that hobby is a buttplug. MAKE YOUR HOLE FEEL WHOLE AYOOOOOOOO

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

#12 this is so distasteful, don't do Rigby dirty like that.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Cheers, I added a FP edit there.

#23 Though I'm not actually familiar with French politics, it looks to me from Yankee-land that Macron has stayed in power this long largely by not being a fucking Le Pen.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

#12 for straight women, "fat girls" is replaced with "man child"

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Cheers, I added a FP edit there.

#12 If you’re over 30 and you think you have to “settle” for fat girls, then you’re not good enough for them.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Cheers, I added a FP edit.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

#12 I tend to avoid speaking for a group of people but in this case I feel it's safe to say that fat girls as a collective say no ty :)

Don't knock fat girls. They put in the work.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

#12 this has been far from my experience, I was in a relationship from 18 to 32 and passed many opportunities to be a dickhead, but 32 to 38 I had a lot of fun with a lot of great girls, none of which has kids and only a couple in the chunky category - yeah a couple were quite, quite insane and I also picked up a stalker, but I don't feel that would be any different to being in your twenties either... been hooked up for the past five with an amazing woman but still had plenty of good offers

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 6

To add, I'm far from attractive either, so it's not so biased, I am funny though, that seems to help.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 4

#14 they are fey creatures. You have to be alive to complete a pact with them.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also they have to be baby teeth.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#20 baby on borad signs aren't there to warn other drivers to be careful, they're for emergency services after a crash - they were intended to be a version of those hazaradous material decals you see on chemical and oil tankers to warn responders what to expect

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Apparently that was not the main intended purpose of the sign when it was first marketed (according to wiki), but damn that's a really good purpose so I will now stop making fun of them.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

#12 so I have to find my mom a new fella?

#3 What if I buy a w? I know, traditionally vowels are purchased, but in this economy I expect everything has to be bought...

2 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Technically... (the best kind of being to be), W should be considered a vowel. It's called double-U because it's two LATIN V's not two English V's, and in Latin V's are the vowel U.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Ah, bloody hell, now it's going to be thrice as expensive to buy! No wonder it can't turn 'hole' into 'whole'; I'm gonna lose my whole wallet to the hole that w's gonna make in it...

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You may only rent a vowel. Despite you making more than the cost of the vowel's mortgage rate, only boomers are allowed to purchase vowels and build equity.

3?? I only have one and it’s decaf that’s apparently gonna give me cancer one day

2 years ago | Likes 114 Dislikes 1

I don't even like coffee...

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Only thing I lack is 3, and I am currently working on 2.

I really am in a great place in my life, and I am so grateful for it. Would be cool to have someone to share my life with, but I have faith they will make their way to me someday, wherever they are lol.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

My will to live is to watch corrupt billionaires and other "leaders" die... hopefully long, painful, demeaning deaths. I am fully recognizing that I live out of spite. But spite is better than nothing!

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Hell yeah

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh that ones easy. It's 1, 5 and 6

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well, I have a full time job, mostly because I have no choice if I want to even try to make bills. Does it still count?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Of the 4 items on this list that I want, I have 2 of them, so I guess it's not all bad.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

At the age of 45 I have none of these things. I used to have a full-time job but apparently even that’s too much to ask these days.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Only 2 out of 3 at the moment and they aren't the good ones

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How of spite, im gonna go make a coffee to make this wrong.

But that could reveal that the food in the fridge is going off, which puts me back to 3

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Out*

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have a large coffee and the first one is doubled up. That counts as 3, right? Am I doing it right? T_T

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That's the way I'm living it too.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The barista "do you want 2 extra shots? It's the same price as 1", "Yes, I mean sure why not"

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I am living 3 4 5 and damn lucky for it. It's a good thing i hate coffee and have a partner who pays the bills in our rural ass podunk town.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Don't know what kind of decaf you're drinking of course, but if you buy coffee that has been decaffeinated using swiss water method, then there's no such thing as it being more of anything. You literally just have less caffeine, that's it. Nothing added.

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I've also heard it's not consistent or really measurable so they don't no how decaffeinated your decaf is

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It is definitely measurable, you can buy tools on Amazon that measure caffeine level in a liquid. The decaffeination process is not really 100% consistent though, meaning the caffeine level typically ranges between 10-30% of the original bean before it was decaffeinated.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is it measurable as a solid though with the process being inconsistent? Presumably you'll have to purchase it before you can measure the content in the liquid

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ah maybe I misunderstood, but yes it needs to be brewed before you can measure it, and you probably have to buy the beans before you are allowed to brew them :)

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Coffee is magic and you can’t change my mind - caffeinated, decaffeinated (defo Swiss water), I have love for them all

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Waut, decaffeinated coffee gives you cancer? I'm sad now.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I doubt it. There are definitely methods that include certain chemicals, but as far as I know the trace amounts that are left in a bag of coffee beans, are lower than what you would be exposed to after spending 1 day outside.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

If decaffeinated using methylene chloride

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I have 1, 2, 5 and 6. Do I win?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've got 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. I know I'm lucky and I am so so grateful. I could have 2 but I'd rather chew my arm off than go to the gym. I walk a few miles on the weekend and teach a belly dance class on Tuesdays, so maybe that counts?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, that counts. You don't have to work out at the gym. Consistent can also mean once a year ;)

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#3 9" dildo with realistic balls and a suction cup begs to differ.

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Just makes me feel like I need to take a shit.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

#5 that's your brain, dumbass. Your body says "you didn't drink enough water so you have a headache" and "you've been eating like shit so it feels like a marathon to go up two flights of stairs"

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

I have to go up *2* flights of stairs?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean, depends on where you're going I guess. I live on the third floor, but the door closest to my garage goes into the basement bc the driveway slopes down. Depending on who is coming over I sometimes walk to the front door because I know they'll hate the extra flight of stairs so much they'll talk about it for forever once they catch their breath

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#24 u guys get 3?

I was confused by this. My hubs and I got together when he was in his 30's and I was on my 20's. No kids, fit, not a hooker and drug free.

#12 Step dads are nigh on sexually irresistible to single men over 30.

2 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

You mean to tell me all these Twitter femboys are stepdads?!

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Always have been...

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Step dad is an abbreviation of "Step on me, daddy!"

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

See, now that makes sense.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#12 Wonder if the view of women implied here has anything to do with being single...

2 years ago | Likes 286 Dislikes 21

I acknowledge the sentiment, I added a FP edit there.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I was confused why they’d move in with their step dad for a long minute

2 years ago | Likes 55 Dislikes 2

I don’t think it’s moving in. Just sex

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I was JUST about to say, "Whoa incel vibes" on this.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

weird like single girls in their 30s never think "oh there's only fat men for me then".

2 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 7

because they're not even considered men

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 19

Wat

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Men and women are both in this spot where social media has trained them that normal, average people are NPCs and only exist to provide services.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 13

Oooooh yeah. There are plenty of single women over 30 who aren't these things they just do not want men that talk about women this way. Never be with someone who only lifts you up by pitting others down.

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Not necessarily. Although, it might make more sense if the number was 40 and not 30.

2 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 31

Yeah I've been banging fat girls all my life. Turning 30 had no impact on that

2 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

Yep pretty much. Women tend to assume that if you've never been in a relationship and are now 30+, that you somehow have something inherently wrong with you and often will take someone who's been in failed relationships, cheated on partners etc over them. Makes no sense but seems to be the case.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

Step-dad here. My step-family is the best. I'm glad I get to be part of their lives.

2 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

A great man once said "fat bottom girls, you make the rockin world go round"

2 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 3

Wasn't the great man gay?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 8

Nope, bi.

2 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Awfully bold to assume the fat girls would even want him.

2 years ago | Likes 85 Dislikes 10

Awfully bold to assume that OP is male.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or single moms. They learned their lesson about taking on men children who won't do anything for them or themselves in most cases.

Men who call women crazy often have had relationships where they drove the poor girl so far she started freaking out on them about little stuff because she was DONE with all the extra work he brought to her life. Done repeating herself. I Don't feel bold in assuming the ex on the sofa had this experience she could share.

2 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 5

If all of a guy's exes are "crazy," I'm assuming that the guy is an idiot who doesn't learn from the past and ignores red flags. No thanks.

2 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 3

......And I'm assuming it's him who Has the red flags, and their exs aren't actually crazy.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Exactly

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

That & #9 make me think OP is a real winner

2 years ago | Likes 142 Dislikes 13

Kind of sounds like the partner that the other half only has “at least they don’t beat me” to say about them.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Sucks that its true though. My evidence is annecdotal but so is every other guys.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 24

"Crazy" = assertive enough that men can't handle it.

2 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 26

Nah, sometimes, crazy means they need to be medicated or they could hurt themselves and others.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

Im gonna have to disagree

2 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

Being assertive makes you good in bed

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 5

Or a little r*pey if you are too assertive.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Keying your car and setting your clothes on fire is assertive? You're right. I can't handle it. I also choose not to.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 6

Did that make your ex good in bed as well? I'm talking about the good in bed part

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Unfortunately that silver lining did not appear for me.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If he's not attracted to a particular woman they're his own feelings. He's not obliged to date anyone. And he is entitled to feel frustrated to not have someone he wants to be with for whatever reason.
I can say i will only date a 6 foot tall virgin with a 12 figure salary, a 24pack, a 48 cm dick and 30iq points, and still be allowed to feel lonely.

2 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 40

Not you bitching about preferences not realizing that it's every single person disagreeing with you's preference to not be into someone who has the dog shit opinions you and OP have on women. Okay be a jerk, it just makes it easier for us to recognize you're not a potential mate for anyone and to steer clear! It works both ways. OP doesn't want a fat woman, and no woman wants a 30 y/o man child who thinks he's better than all those types of people. It's not that you aren't allowed to have 1/2

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A preference, it's that your "preference" shows your ass and now you're being judged as harshly for your particular stance as you and OP are judging every single woman in every single group that was pointed out in the meme format. Almost like having a prejudice against people you don't personally know and have never met 🤔 weirddd

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There's a difference between being preferential and being an asshole.

Your own attraction and whatever loneliness it brings you is your own thing, and that's okay.

Being an asshole about it makes it everyone else's problem, and that's not okay.

2 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

So preferences are okay but telling people about them isn't?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

If you can't figure out how to not-be-an-ass about it, then it's probably in your best interest to keep quiet and try to learn some social graces.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Nope, being a bigot is not OK

2 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 9

"— a person who has strong, unreasonable ideas, esp. about race or religion, and who thinks anyone who does not have the same beliefs is wrong" are you using the word this way?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

Nope, they're using it the correct way actually.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I wouldn't call fat people a group. Or saying you don't want to date them antagonistic.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

You don't have to be with anyone. But you can still be respectful.

2 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 3

Which bit is disrespectful?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

To compare a fat person with someone with a drug addiction for one thing.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't think you understood that bit at all.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

The problem is that the person making the meme isn’t “stating a preference”, they’re claiming that any woman over 30 is a single mum, a hooker, or fat. They are deliberately pretending that “their preference” straight up doesn’t exist.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I understand it completely differently. Its just saying it's harder to meet people who fit preferences at different times of life. Coming to terms with changes in aging is one thing as you have control over parts of it, you can stay thin and childless. Your dating circle is another matter.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

These jokes have been around a very long time and they’re inherently degrading. You can put a nice spin on it, but it doesn’t change how little we’ve grown from days of “why are wo/men like toilets/car parks? The good ones are taken and the rest are disabled”.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0
