Fun fact: One of the old Popes basically did an "order 66" several centuries ago against the Knights Templar. The Knights Templar paid the ransom bandits were demanding for the safe release of some French king (because nobody else would pay). When they asked that he try to pay them back for the money they spent saving him he got pissed and convinced the Pope to have them all declared heretics and exterminated so he wouldn't have to pay what he owed them.

It takes practice and clicks after a while. The pic is the nose/lips to rule out cleft lip. Image is rotated. Placenta is on the left, then nose w/nostrils is pretty easy to see. I try to point out structures during exams to patients. but you are not alone.

I can see the joke here that this one looks like Palpitine. I fell asleepmid-comment & didn’t finish saying: It’s the regular ones I can’t see, even the one I had of my daughter… SURE that’s her head, feet, arms… kind of, LoL. My concern with this one is it looks like clawed hands & feet.. is it not a human sonogram? Scary if that’s a human child!
