You do realize that treads on armored vehicles are made of metal yeah? Not exactly great traction on asphalt. Also from what I've heard the
armored vehicle involved in this clip is a Ukrainian vehicle. I don't think the Russians have armor in Kyiv yet.
Especially since the livestream from the Washington Post IN KYIV is rather peaceful currently. Perhaps do some research before getting upset
