Scrap kart progress

Decided to build a kart with scrap 2x2 I had laying around, it's starting to look like something. I thought I would be cheaper than buying a used one on the marketplace, but that's not the case.

But in end that's cool thing to build! Cool name... The Scrap Kart.

It looks nice tho. I probably would have gone for a used engine from a snowmobile or something like that, more in the spirit of a scrap kart. Is that a 212 Ghost?

Bitch should I learn to weld? I understand aptitude varies among individuals and I don't want to do it wrong and cause an accident of some kind.

Try it, a welding machine isn't expensive. I'm considering it too, but it's more about wanting to have it than using it...

Right? There's nothing I'm dying to make, I just want to be able to if I find myself in a cave with a box of scraps.

the welding machine would probably have a similar existence as the electric drum kit I bought

One last thing, have you ever thought about sandblasting?

Not as much as I think about power washing
