Cute, but that guy didn't apply enough science (at least as far as I watched then got annoyed. Lightsabers are estimated to be plasma superheated in the neighborhood of tens of thousands of degrees. Acid exposed to that kind of temp doesn't vaporize into mist, it thermally decomposes and ionizes. It's no longer acid at that point, just element soup.

I'm sure it would ionize everything the saber actually touched but it wouldn't actually be touching every part of the xenomorph, the heat would radiate decreasing the further from the blade it gets. There would without doubt be acid mist.

Heat doesn't really radiate from lightsabers. Because the plasma blade is contained in a magnetic field, only what directly passes through the field gets super-heated by the plasma. Lightsaber cuts are fast, so there wouldn't be much heat transfer beyond the areas in direct blade contact
