So.
I did the thing they banned me for, which was giving my honest opinion of why people there get banned just for mentioning Israel. Which earned me a six day ban.
Fine.
No more "streaks"
No more "downvotes"
No more toxicity in my life.
I am done with reddit.
And I want them to know it.
So I posted about it here.

I clicked on reddit in a search result on my phone recently and it gave me a un-skipable popup saying I had to install the app.

The duration of the ban probably isn't related to this, but it's hard for the human brain to not make connections like this.

It's been 4 years or so for me. Quit Reddit and smoking tobacco on the same day. It was roughly a 15 year habit. What made it a bit easier is how much like facebook reddit has become.
