Shashlik
Went camping with the SO. Made Shashlik for the first time. Would've been better with birch wood, but still, delicious.

You'll get better results on the meat by not crowding the stick so much. I'd also put more of a char on the meat and veggies. Still, yum!

looks like what i call "shishkabob" yet I am unfamiliar with shashlik. Is it the same thing basically?

basically, yes. Lamb soaked in oil and spices, BBQd slowly over birch wood fire.
