Tattoos always age. It is already looking softer now, not yet one year later, as tattoos do, especially fineline. But it depends on your skin, how well you take care of it, and the tattoo artist. They usually have a few healed pictures of their works to give you an idea (though they rarely have pictures that are more than 1-2 years old)

That is brand new. Taken right after finishing. If I get the courage I will snap a picture to send you (not quite a year later, and with the fact it didn't heal properly everywhere)

Yes. Band is 'Svbway to Sally", song's called "Kleid aus Rosen" (Dress of Roses), about a young girl wanting roses tattooed, and the 'master'/artist refusing, at first. The 'white dress' (Weisses Kleid) being her (uninked) skin. It's kept intentionally vague and metaphorical.
The flower tattoo just reminded me of the song. :)

Not to argue with you about your own ink but aren't those field mice? The dormice I've seen have thicker tails that are tufted, while field mice have the typical thin, naked rodent tail. Regardless, they are adorable and your tattoo is beautiful
