I am thrilled to share that I've been working with Ripley's over the years which has led to many incredible adventures. So it means the world to me that they purchased my most ambitious Etch A Sketch series to date!

Missing the part where the dust is made to stay. Does the remaining powder not fly into the scratched lines when it shakes? Is there no clearcoat involved? Can't etch my head around it;)?

That detail is quite good. You got the greater tubercle, bicipital groove, crest of the lesser tubercle, and the deltoid tuberosity on the humerus.

I had an etch a sketch as a child (probably passed down from.my 5 year older brother) and hated it, I could not draw anything for the life of me. But your love for them is incredibly wholesome and I am here for it

i haven't been to a ripleys in decades. The one I attended was the one in Niagra. How do theyship them without erasing them? is there a way to make an etch a sketch permenant?

I disassemble the Etch A Sketch to remove all the powder from inside, which means nothing can recoat the screen when shaken! I also dismantle the internal components so that no new lines will be drawn on the screen when the knobs are turned. You can see a video of my process here:

I actually am not completely sure which Ripley's locations have my logo art on display since they commissioned quite a few of em, so I'd say... 50/50? Someday I hope to find out for myself by visiting at some point!
