Asterix was always one of my favorites.

Albert Uderzo, the 87 year old cartoonist and illustrator of Asterix and Obelix came out of retirement to express his solidarity with his countrymen in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo attack. Asterix was one of my favorite comics growing up and this was really powerful for me.
