I've had the idea for this tattoo for years. I grew up exploring the woods of Sweden with my Mormor. We would forage for Chanterelles, wild strawberries, blueberries, and red currents. Sometimes if we were lucky we'd find Cloudberries. She taught me a lot about which mushrooms were good and which to never touch. She's 94 now and practically blind but she still finds them somehow. The axolotl is my baby Hams. I had to say goodbye to her a couple days ago. Times are tough.

Did it hurt axolotl?

Do people axolotl questions about it?

Awesome! I didn't even notice the tattoo at first. I mean the axolotl in the tattoo.

"Chanterelle" sung like "Tangerine."

This is killer work. Clean as hell and unique. I'm in NY, USA, but follow a number of overseas artists whose work I'd die for!

That's fucking radical. Kantarell looks great, and the spectral axolotl is kvlt af.

I want to go explore the woods of Sweden and never come out

That skeleton would be extra extra cool with black light reactive ink. Make that water puppy into a GFP. (Also, lotl tax, please?) This is such a beautiful piece!

Super clean line work, amazing contrasting background and enough highlights to still pop down the road. Incredible job by this artist.
