This is going to shutter companies. Where I worked, in Florida, a commercial roofing company, we tried for months to get workers. No one, no white guys, lasted more than a day. We finally posted help wanted signs in an area with a large Mexican population. Next day fifteen to twenty guys lined up at the office. Some legal, who knows about the others. Many stayed for years. Awesome guys. Without them…we'd have been screwed.
