Envisioning a cast of about a dozen, maybe 20 tops. Actually a challenging concept to stage. Haven’t stopped thinking about it for days. It’s not the first script in my queue but it’s a solid top five.

A dozen would work well. You could make it seem like more if they all had hats that they would switch around to play different characters.
