Yeah, it looks a little messy. It's hot as hell here and it makes my sight worse than it already is.

I primed it with ultramarine blue, basecoat: Calrdor Sky. Washed it with Agrax Earthshade then drybrushed it with Skink Blue. 1/2

lighter shades. Don't dry brush the whole thing, just paint the edges with a light blue. Also, watch youtube tutorials they help a lot 2/?

Research and practice are the two biggest things that helped me improve my technique, I'm not amazing or anything, but better than I was 3/4

Prime white or black. White is easier for new people. With primer, not paint. Then basecoat it alla darker blue, then layers of 1/?

Yeah. I quickly realized that priming blue was a big mistake. Oh well.

also, two really important tips: always water down your paints, like 50/50, seriously. And don't rush. Take your time and paint slow.

Never rushed in my whole life. :P Also: Why water them down?

I've been trying to get one of those for months. >_<

Is it a supply problem? Where you from?

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sweden. Modelling isn't very big here so I've had to import most stuff.
