Something way better than Instagram for those interested in medicine. Update from yesterday + more information about Figure1!

Hey, guys, so yesterday I posted a little about this company that I am working with that developed an app called Figure1. The main issues I recognized with the post was that I didn't really explain what it was all about! I'm sorry about that.

First off, it's totally free.

Secondly, the idea is that doctors, nurses, physicians assistants, paramedics, EMTs (like me), and those interested in medicine (also like me) can share/read cases to teach, to learn and to discuss findings as well as questions they might have.

Thirdly, I've been using the app for about 6 months now and I've been able to learn about diagnosing cancer, how to treat lead poisonings, and much more (and I'm still an undergrad student). There's a ton to be learned from this application.

I'm a student ambassador for these guys so my purpose in posting this is to invite you, if you want, to check out the app; make an account, download it, and see what interesting things are happening in medicine all over the world in your field of interest. OR if you're just a nasty nancy and want to look at all the crazy a** cases that are posted... like... I've seen some jacked up LNI nightmare material.
