My 6 year old caught a cat

Today, on Caturday Eve, my daughter scruffed this kitten right out of the wild. Possibly the next litter generation of the cat we rescued from a snow storm last winter. He's eating, drinking, and using his box great! Will visit the vet ASAP.
Edit: A black cat found us on Friday the 13th.
