and boy oh boy do I not know what I'm doing.
Edit to clarify, the main department manager had been here 30 years and was retiring cos he's 65 and got a pension, the second guy got offered a much higher paying job he'd applied for months earlier and the third guy wanted a raise cos the other two were leaving and management wouldn't give it to him.
