Those are the smiths marks. Sterling will show as a 925 stamp. Look for that.That said, it's more than likely some alloy of silver, if they went to the trouble to make their marks.
Someone on Reddit said they're Austrian Hungarian marks from pre 1920s and indicate 800 silver.
