Bought this little fixer upper a little over a year ago. First house.

Mostly built from stuff scavenged, traded, and dug up out of the yard. I can't stress how much was dug up. Several old foundations back here. Front bed all peppers. Middle all tomatoes. Back row mostly mint and other herbs.
Hoping this doesn't load blurry. Hastas, purple heart, painted ferns all under the weeping cherry.

After being swallowed by the garden last year and dug up and inside for winter this pepper plant made a pepper!

My neighbor has the real/fake waterfall. Their property on stilts and excavated land because so much water. They have 2 storm drains lol

Such a long story here but it ends up in a city storm drain. I didn't want it hitting my house and flooding my basement so lots of digging.

I likenthe look of the little stream, I would just pipe it to ground lvl so that the water doesn't erode a big hole where it keeps hitting

It DEF spread like crazy, but in its own little strip so it's sort of contained. Looking for other plants that grow like mint i.e. part sun

Very smart move! I have planted mint in barren soil around my city and it managed to burst a stone (!) container
