Plovers are my favorites when I visit the beach.

I remember a few years ago I parked my car at a supermarket in an area that was very empty of cars, as soon as I got out I was attacked by a pair of plovers. Their nest was just on the ground a few metres from my car. I ran to get away and there was a group of workers pissing themselves at my antics. Australian plovers are bastards. Worse than magpies.
