I should start a betting pool about what sort of government the USA will have in 10 years. Plutocracy was in the lead, but Theocracy just came up from behind to make it a neck-and-neck race.

The courts were a 5-4 majority when Scalia died & Obama wasn't allowed to appoint. When Ginsburg died, it became a 6-3 majority.
